Most Clients I Work With Feel the Same..

Holding it all together.

Holding your family.

Holding your work.

But who’s holding you?

Most busy women I work with feel the same. They’re running on empty, tired of being the emotional backbone of the family while secretly wondering when life gets to feel like the theirs again. They’ve lost their spark, their glow, their mojo.

You don’t need to settle for survival mode. There’s another way.

See life when it was me was all ok.

I could burn the candle at both ends, and I did.

I could rest all weekend, leave the house only for yoga classes and green juice, then curl up with a book.

I could dance all night to shake off stress. organisational was living on salad and salmon for three nights straight, going out with friends the next and being able to change it up as I liked. I thrived.

There were no school drop-offs, no pick-ups, no sports practices to juggle. No husband working shifts to coordinate with.

I had a maid for the mundane. No yard to maintain. Expat life was… easy without ingrained societal and cultural demands of what we 'should' do.

There was a subtle pressure

The girls can do anything hangover

Say yes at work, sweat harder at the gym, show up for every demand, because that’s what capable women do. If we pushed enough, we’d have to all.

That was the 80s messaging I grew up with: work harder, say yes to it all, and you’ll finally earn the body of a supermodel, rest, happiness and worthiness.

But all I earned was stress and frustration.

In my 30s, wired up for chest pains with my toddler watching, I thought: this is not how I want to live.

That moment, I finally got it. What use were tools when I had not time to use them?

I needed to start saying no.
No to impossible demands.
No to striving for perfection.
No to carrying other people’s stories. that told me being busy equals worthiness.

I realised the stress I felt wasn’t just happening to me. It was from me. My choices, replayed over and over in how I thought, how I pushed, how I lived old stories and patterns that I had taken on from others in my life.

We have learnt to keep our bodies functioning

The subtle pressures of how life should be, the “perfect” family, the Instagram-worthy career, the magazine idea of success pile up without you even realising it. And yet, despite trying to do it all, nothing seems to give you the energy, ease, or satisfaction you’re longing for.

That’s what I help busy women do:

Explore – uncover the emotional weight and the thought patterns that are keeping you exhausted.

Revitalise – use practical, somatic tools like tapping to untangle and dissolve beliefs that keep you stuck. Reconnect to your energy, your choices, your body.

Evolve – step into your potential and the possibilities of a life that feels like yours, not everyone else’s. Learn tools and processes that last a lifetime.

The Transformational Journey Essentials

THE THREE STEP PROCESS...

Because when you release the beliefs and patterns that keep you stuck, you create space for what truly matters, what you intend and the joy, clarity, and glow you’ve been waiting for finally have space to land.

Explore

Disconnect from stress, rush and destructive belief patterns that cause anxiety, frustration and stuck-ness leading to dis-regulation and exhaustion. Understand how your mind works and what you can choose to do to restore equilibrium.

Revitalise

Develop a 'go to' powerful emotional first aid kit to regulate yourself and those around you in life's challenges. Set up rejuvenation practises for body, mind and soul that support, sustain and nourish you without adding to the to-do list.

Evolve

Feel confident to step out into the mayhem of life, present and as your authentic self. Live with intention and trust that everything is always working out for you.

Embed powerful mindset management tools that last a life time.

You Can Glow In Life's Mayhem

My journey has always been about empowerment,

breaking free from limiting beliefs and reconnecting with what truly matters.

When I discovered EFT in 2005, it changed the course of my life, opening the door to transformative modalities and lifestyle practices that I now teach to others.

EFT is a tool that gets us unstuck, helping us shift focus to what truly matters and reclaim our inner balance.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of studying and practising alongside leaders in the field of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

I stay connected to cutting-edge research, ensuring I teach a practice that’s both effective and reliable. Whether in group settings or through 1-to-1 mindset coaching, EFT taps into your intuition, helping you release emotional tension and rise with greater ease.
